Without trying it myself I can't say for sure what tweaking might need to be done but what I'm thinking might be where the files are in the directory structure. It might work without a problem but it might not.

Hi,

Thanks for the help.  Where do I put the xml file I want to upload?  There is no 'file upload' control and I have tried putting it in the portal folder, but it still dosent appear in the drop down box.

Have I missed something?

Anna

The file name when you export it from the Repository should be named content.Repository.Repository.xml and needs to still have that name when you import it and you can put it in any directory under the Portal Root. Why you are probably not seeing it is that a resync needs to be done in the File Manager. Go to Admin->File Manager and click on Synchronize Files (you may also need to check the Recursive check box. You could also upload the file in through the File Manager and I believe you wouldn't have to go through the file sync in that case.

You have to have version 3.01.12 or higher. Log in as an Admin user on go to the page with the Repository you want to export. On the action menu one of the options is Export Repository. Select that and follow the steps. Now go to the page that you want to import the Repository to. Add the Repository and then go to the action menu and select Import Repository and again follow the steps. You'll have to then go into the Settings and do some small configuration changes so that it matches what you had on the other page.

Hi, I have version 3.01.13 but i can´t find this option. Can you tell me exactly where is this option located. I don´t see the "Action" menu even logged in as a Host user.

I really need to fix a problem and this could be very timesaving.

Thanks!

The same menu where you clicked to set the settings for the module. It's usually an arrow (or upside down triangle) along the modules container title. If you don't see it then make sure your site is in Edit mode and not View mode.
