I would like to add multiple choice questions to my registration/profile properties. I believe this may have to do with adding a new list found under the "host" menu. I would like to add a drop down list or check box list.

I need a list for:

Ethnicity

Body Type

Height

etc.

Ah... now it's getting clear :)

Lucky for you thats rather simple:

  • got Admin > User Accounts > Manage Profile Properties
  • Click "Add New Profile Property"
  • enter the property name, at Data Type, select "List", enter a Category, click next
  • in the next screen, add the entries you want in the dropdownlist
  • click next
  • optionaly, enter localization values
  • click return

do this for all dropdownlists you want to enter...

Thank you!! I appreciate the information. Now all I have to do is figure out how to use this with User Attributes. and  User List and I'll be rollin'!

Thanks again!

Again.. not sure what you mean. Once you defined your own profile property, it's ready for you to use in the registration screen... I guess when you say "user attributes" you mean "Profile Property"?..
