The settings on the repository are gone.

If you hover over the arrow and go into settings, at the bottom of the list where "repository settings" are supposed to be they simply aren't.

This is only happening with one instance of the repository on the site and its entry is still in the Modules Table,  it doesn't seem to be generating any exceptions in the viewer. 

I may have added a it "as an existing module" to another page then deleted it from that page (I don't remember).  So, is there any way to get the settings menu back?

Just to clarify. It's Settings you're looking for. In the Settings page there's a Repository Settings at the bottom. Is the Settings item missing?
