I have a user control that was built outside of DNN on a straight ASP.NET/AJAX website. We are cureently trying to develop a DNN module of this same control but I have some code that is not working quite the same in DNN as outside of DNN. Here is my code and what it is doing:

This is a hidden linkbutton control outside of the update panel which is used in the following JavaScript code:

__doPostBack('lnkRefreshList','');

This functionality is implemented so that a gridview within the update panel can update. This gridview then reads a hidden text field to get the values for it's databinding.

Outside of DNN there is no page refresh. Within DNN the whole page refreshes. I'm sure I'm overlooking something rather simple. ANy help would be appreciated.

ive had problems with events and postbacks with DNN, and the fix was setting the module cache to 0
