I have read the document and theory about URL Rewrite at http://www.urlrewriting.net/en/Default.aspx . But I still don't know which make URL Friendly of DNN error. Maybe it also affect to tracking click of Links module, which prefer to LinkClick.aspx.

Does anyone help me?
