I'm looking for a way to add a drop-down box to my table, since I want the user to choose a relevant item from an existing list. Is it possible to add a drop-down field that connects to an existing list on the site?

Thanks

enter the values as semicolon-separated list into the ExtendedSettings textbox for the desired field.

For details please refer to the user manual, available from our project's download page.

Is it possible to link the dropdown list to either a field list in an SQL databse or an SQL query?

sure, it shouldn't be a big coding effort. Don't forget, that UDT is still a DotNetNuke 3 module, that requires VS2003 and ASP.Net 1.1 for developement.
