Crispy,

I don't know if you know about this one or not. I would search for the answer but I can't and there is the problem. :)

The search in these forums doesn't work unless you happen to want to search in the general forums at the top. Click your search button in the forums from anywhere; the forums page or the project pages and you go to the search forums page.

Then click the folder next to the search in textbox and you get the popup.

Click the dropdown for search where the text in the dropdown box says General DotNetNuke forums and nothing happens. So then click Go and all the forums under that group open but non of the other forums.

This is great if you want to find something in the general groups but what if you want to find something in one of the project groups?  You can't get to them.

The popup works the same in IE and firefox so that 's not the problem.

If you click the forum names (drop down list) then use the up/down arrow keys it works.  I am not sure why this happend, I thought we had it under control and it only surfaces in some installs.  For instance, my local install with no changes works just fine.

Because of the problems we have had w/ the popup, we have been looking into other alternatives.

Cool works just right with the arrow keys.  I hope you can keep the popup, I kind of like it and it's one of the features that distinguish this forum from the others out there.

What's with that is browser differences.  I am sick of the popup and browser compatability.  We are working now on eliminating it.
