After upgrading to dnn 4.5.3., I’m having a problem with dnn file manager.
The problem is that I’m unable to see all folders in dnn file manager; I can see only 4 of cca 20 folders which was there prior upgrade. On DNN server, I can see all folders and files. Also, on dnn modules, I can see files in folders that I cant see in dnn file manager. If I try to create a new folder in dnn, I can see it for just a second, but after refresh – it disappears! It can be only viewed in ntfs on server.
Please, help me in resolving this issue. I got many users which have user rights on some folders, and which are now unable to upload documents into it. TIA!

Same problem here.

Tried to reset NTFS file permissions also with no luck. I got two produktion portals running where users can't upload and I cant set permissions to folders. Please respond to this asap.

I'm not sure if this will help,but have you tried to synchronize the files?

Same issue here, I only get 3 folders showing out of 15. I clicked the synchronize button 100s of times. All was well before the upgrade. I've looked all over this forum and there are lots of posts about this issue, I can't seem to find a definite resolution in the replies. PLEASE HELP

did you perform a recursive folder synchronisation in DNN file manager (in Admin menu)?
