I just created my very first basic module in C#. What I would like to do is to write a module that has some kind of application where the data comes from different databases, depending on the user (muti tenancy). So all th DotNetNuke data is in the standard DotnetNuke database and can be accessed using the Standard DataProvider.Instance().  However I then would like to obtain a Connectionstring from that database for that user ,to be able to connect to a different database as well. But using a DotNetNuke Dataprovider (UserDataProvider) in such a way that I can still use all the DtataProvider functionality that DotNetNuke supports on myuser  database.

I tried to figure out how I could do this but failed. Partly because I am still unable to Start the debugger (causing an error). I can attach to the process but then the DataProvider is already created.

Any sample lines that could get me started (VB or C#) would be appreciated.

Thanks

  Geeds
