Is there any easy way to make containers not have that little toggle button so they cannot be collapsed and always stay maximized without simply removing the container header?  If I remove the container, then I loose formatting....

I've been wondering for quite a few versions  now that when trying to set to none and apply as a default setting it never takes. Is that a bug or a feature?

that seems like a bug.. unless someone meant it to work like that and then its a feature :)

Please post this as an issue at http://support.dotnetnuke.com
