Hi,

I am new in Dotnetnuke. I already develop a DNN portal using VS2005 and i want to run it in localhost (web server). I create already create  a virtual directory in IIS, then i browse it. During my installation i got this error.

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.05.03

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

So, can anybody help me how to solve this error. For the connection i used the default using the

connectionString="Data Source=.\SQLExpress;Integrated Security=True;User Instance=True;AttachDBFilename=|DataDirectory|Database.mdf;

TQ.

make sure, that /App_data/Database.mdf is present, the service has write permission and the database has not been touched with any other tool.
