Hi.. All,

I have created a custom template using Export Template. When I tried to use the custom Template, The following error is showing and Portal is not creating.

Chapter.template is not a valid Portal Template File.

Validation Results
The element 'settings' has invalid child element 'email'. List of possible elements expected: 'defaultlanguage, skinsrc, skinsrcadmin, expirydate, backgroundfile, currency, hostspace, hostfee, paymentprocessor, containersrcadmin, siteloghistory, containersrc, timezoneoffset'.

But I have set all the required values while creating the Main Portal and Exporting Template.

I will be very greatful, if could please send me a solution asap.

With regards,

Sai Laxman
