I have released a new version of the AVCalendar Private Assembly for users that have requested support for the new DNN versions (3.2/4.2).  The version will automatically upgrade previous 3.0 Calendar Databases and includes the following:

AVCalendar 3.2 added features

  • Several performance enhancements and bug fixes
  • Timezone adjustments for viewers (i.e. Event display's in user's timezone)
  • Optional scheduling of Event Notification email (send email notices 'X'
minutes/hours/days before event is to occur)
  • Optional Calendar/Event Search via the ISearchable interface
  • Implemented an Upgrade for prior users, so data is seamlessly upgraded
  • Other minor visual enhancements

Please visit my site www.avanced.net to download the latest version.

The latest version should be considered Beta and I have released here only as a Private Assembly until the new DNN Calendar Project gets underway.  I will not release the source code until the DNN Calendar Project takes off....please contact Shaun Walker and Jeremy White of the DNN Core team for more information on this project.

Thanks for your support,
    Alan Vance

Alan, I get the error :

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value. The statement has been terminated

when adding an event (I'm in a fr-Fr configuration)

I am getting an object net set to reference... error when :

viewing from "administrator" role .

But not for Host / Unauthenticated roles.

DNN Core 3.2.0  - Latest Calendar PA

For both the Calendar and Calendar List modules.

Can anyone verify this behaviour?

Hi Benoit, does this happen when you install the module...or after you run it?  Can you pinpoint or give me more information on this?  Thanks, Alan

Brad, I have tested this using the Admin, Host, Authenticated and UnAuthenticated roles in DNN 3.2 and DNN 3.2.2 and have not run into this issue...Can you send me any logs or more detailed debugging information.

Thanks,
  Alan Vance
