I have a Documents module version 3.1.5 installed with several restricted documents included.  I can vew all documents.  I have another user that has the same security roles as I have, including administrator.  He can view one document but all others come back with an error - “You Do Not Have Permission to View the Requested File”.   Any ideas on how to solve the problem????

The "You do not have permission..." error is coming from the core, so the problem is either a mix-up with the permissions in the core, or the settings aren't what you think they are.  First up, I'd suggest re-checking the permissions on the folder that the file is in to make sure the user with the problem is in a role that has "view" rights to it.

I am having this issue on a 4.4.1 site and I have set All permissions on all document folders and still get the You Do Not Have Permission To View The Requested File message.

I even get this when logged in as Host.

Any ideas?
