Any time I try to change any of the Performance Settings the page refreshes, and the settings remain the same? Is there a way to change this in a file or the database? I can't even clear the cache.

Yep... sorry... that is a stupid question... but I know you had to ask. It was the damn'dest thing... I was able to go to another computer and update it. I think it had something to do with caching?
