From my experience with GoDaddy is that their domain name registration price is right, but the technical support capability is completely lacking.  And I find their web GUI for controlling your dns, hosting service, etc....completely too complicated.  Network Solutions has a better interface but they cost a whole lot more.   And one last note, I haven't had one phone call with a GoDaddy Tech that didn't sound like he was completely bothered with my phone call.

From my experience...PowerDNN is the way to go.

Good Luck with your Hosting Solution.

Yes, Godaddy staffs need training. I just contacted them about a serious problem on serverside, but they couldn't believe and they said the error is client side,

It was a Net Framework error, none of the aspx pages were working and they blamed me that was a dotnetnuke error and they said we dont support third party.

I tried to delete everything and show them aspx not working with even test.aspx page (contains only text - no code) but they just stated that the error was because of dnn installation. They just don't know anything about support. They only perfect at using templated answers.

No real support is given!!

They are cheap, and the support is as expected.

So, anyone want to have good portal please do not try to force your chance.

and for other providers i tried Discount ASPNET and they offer good service and support, but they were kinda expensive for my needs.

i also checked PowerDNN and it looks like one of the best solutions for dnn.
