Does anyone know how to incorporate background music on a DNN site? I found a module but it is rather old and written for version 2.XX.  I don't want to buy yet another module that doesn't work as I have had terrible trouble making even core modules work since the last two versions of DNN. Any suggestions?

You can use many of the standard methods to incorporate background music, if you want it on all pages you could even just add the HTML needed to your skin file.

Well Hi Mitch,

Fancy meeting you here! I did consider that, I just hate have music start over on each page. I will either do that or keep digging around for a module.

Thanks,

Beth Vest

Regardless of how you do it, it will restart on each page, even if you have a module that displays on each page.

Hi Beth,

I generally discourage clients from using background music on their sites because it limits site usage from the workplace. There's nothing worse that clicking on a site at work and having music blaring to tell the whole office that you are surfing. If you do decide to use music I would set the default to OFF.
