Do you have 2 DNN installs "on top" of one another?

No... its just a single installation.

My project is working fine in DNN3.0. Problem arises only i tried to upgrade it to DNN4.0.2

I agree w/ vikiboye...

I am seeing tons of namespace errors...what is up with that???  How can I even trust that the rest of the entire app is stable if I have to go through to get what is supposed to be "stable" ... "stable"

Very frustrating after the hype of this app.
