Last week I had an annoying problem happen during the testing phase of one of my modules. 

I'm using some scripts (javascripts) to perform some modifications on the rendered HTML elements.  I noticed that when I was logged into the host account, and in edit mode, the rendered html IDs had the following format: dnn_ctr<ModuleId>_<ControlName/Classname>_<asp.net_ID_of_Control>

However, when I switch to the view mode, the <ControlName/Classname> is repeated twice.
e.g. dnn_ctr395_Post_Submit                    vs.                  dnn_ctr395_Post_Post_Submit

Usually this wouldn't be a problem but it messes up my javascript and sometimes I notice it isn't posting back to the server (when I am debugging).  Has anyone noticed this or have any ideas?

I seem to be having something similar happen.  DNN 4.5.5

I am trying to configure a site, but it gets stuck so that when I click on a command link (like "Add new role" in the Admin > Security Roles section) it doesn't add the role, it just switches between View mode and Edit mode.

Very frustrating - I can't figure out why.
