I have downloaded everything.

I have used the starter kit to create the objects for VWD

I have gone through the installation text, and everything works fine, database created fine etc.
Last step the ctrl+F5 works fine for a long time and the install.aspx?mode=install gets written to a lot of messages

Last messages are:
00:02:17.368 - Executing Additional Scripts:
00:02:17.398 -   Creating Portal: My Website

The output window in VWD shows:

Validation Complete

========== Build: 1 succeeded or up-to-date, 0 failed, 0 skipped ==========

And here things stop

What can be done to complete the building of the website?

Kind regards

Torben
