Hi I'm just trying to upgrade my 3.3.1 site to 3.3.7 but no matter what i do the update keeps triggering an install.  I've set my web.config and there is an installation date in there ... has anyone else run into this?  How do I make the upgrade, upgrade instead of installing a new portal?

make sure, that you correctly keep both database connnection strings, databaseOwner and objectQualifier from previously used web.config file, as well as encryption keys and code subdirectory entries.
