Some pages on a portal have sub pages; for example: News is the top level, then News1, News2, News3 are children.

My site has a horizontal menu but I would like for those pages with children to have a left menu as well which allows navigating the children pages. I looked at Housemenu and it looks like it might work? Has anyone done this? I'm not sure how to go about it if anyone can offer suggestions, thank you!

I used (and use) Inventua.com navigation module and found it awesome (or very close to it) and simple to use. you can see it on AlmondNet.com

Inventua.com lets you try it before buy it.

I use the Ventrian Child Links module for that type of thing it also works very well.  (http://www.ventrian.com)

To see an example you can look at my software page (http://www.mitchelsellers.com)

vitkoz,

What module are you using on almondnet.com that gives you the URL rewrite? Your URLs are much cleaner. Is it something that I can do in DNN or is an add-on module? Sorry for the "misplaced" comment for this topic.
