Here is problem description:-

I want to use English(Australia) culture date format (dd/mm/yyyy) on my site. So I add English(Australia) culture on my site. Every thing is fine except dnn Calendar(date picker). It is unstable. Some times it gives correct date format (dd/mm/yyyy) whick Is required. And some times it give (mm/dd/yyyy). It looks like a magic. We also noticed that this problem is only in 3.2.0 version. It works fine in 4.x version. So can any one help that what is the problem.

We also try this by clearing cache. But still the problem is here.

Hi rizwan328,

First I would ask you to describe the context of this error: To which calendar are you referring to, inside which module. Is it a custom module? Is it included with DNN's install pack?

Second, I would recommend you to upgrade all your installations to the latest DNN version. IMHO there ultimately is no valid reason to be stuck on an older version. DNN is constantly upgraded and bugs are being resolved. Recent versions of DNN perform much faster and are more stable.

Third, a suggestion to try for your issue: From the Module's Action Menu, choose Settings -> Page Settings and inside "Cache Time (secs):" insert a 0 (zero), so that the module is not cached at all. Let´s see if that works.

Saludos,
Alejandro.

Dear keyboardcowboy2,

How would you know about the actual "quality" improvements over versions of DNN if you are new to it?

Besides, if you have a problem with your DNN installation, please explain it in these forums with detail and you will surely get a prompt answer. See, the forums are also an important part of DNN's "package". They are filled with kind people who will address your Dnn's problems and will put their experience at your service.

Why not give it a try?

Saludos,
Alejandro.

If you are willing to upgrade to 4.x, may be it would be best to upgrade to DNN 3.3.7, the last release for DNN 3.x
