I created the module for append comments.
But if user not loged, new record is not added in data base
Please explain where can be problem.

You need to be way more specific with your questions.  This doesnt really mean anything to anybody except you.  please explain your issue more carefully so we can help.

Sorry for my bad english. :) I explain in detail

Page contains cafe describe info. There is possibility to leave comments about the cafe for any users. User inpunt nick, email, comment and then click the 'Add' button.
When I am trying to add a comment as anonymous user no new record appears in DB. But when registred user add a comment new record appears in DB.
I need any user can be able to leave the comment. This site does not assumes user's registering. Is it DNN protection or I miss some thing ?

I understood. :)

Error:

The module works fine when logged in as an administrator, but when a normal user uses it they do not get the post back click event or the page doesn't refresh.

Answer:

The module has caching enabled. Set the caching to 0 and click the update link in the module configuration settings for the module

But, need set the caching to not  0 , but to  -1
