We set up a DNN3 site for a client so they could manage their own content etc. It's hosted by by another company who are having problems getting DNN to work on their servers. Not our problem I know but clients site has been down for two weeks and there seems no way forward. We took an ftp copy of site when we were told site was down since there was no other access to server. Can we find someone else to host site and if so what do we need to do to re-use site we've downloaded? Any advice you can give would be much appreciated. We're new to DNN but would love to use it regularly for our clients. Alan

you'll also need a copy of the sql database, as that is where most of your content and settings are stored. There are a lot of places that offer experienced dotnetnuke hosting, the resource directory is a good place to start looking for one http://www.dotnetnuke.com/tabid/702/Default.aspx
