I am having the same problem / behaviour!  you are not alone :D

and i do care about my site not being searchable especially about that because there is only the repository and a forum.

@steve: please fix this soon (if its not a problem of the search module)

It's not possible to access the end of this thread anymore ??? Many discussions have disappeared.... :-(

thanks a lot for the summary. the newest dev release is working fine and solved all problems.( i couldnt access the end of the thread to see steve's response... now that i can my first post looks quite stupid :D )

i cant provide an url for testing because its an intranet-site.
