Just set up a new installation of 4.05.  At first install, added a new HTML/Text module to a page but could not edit the content (no Edit Text link).  Could change all the page and module settings, just couldn't edit the text content.  Had to log in as the host admin account to edit the module text content.  Played around with the roles and permissions setting at the page and module level with no apparent luck.  But when I added a new module to the page - bang - all of a sudden I could edit the HTML/Text module content.  However, when I logged out and logged back in as the host admin, now the host admin account can't edit HTML/Text module content.   Same thing as before.  Can create new modules, can change page and module settings, but can't edit the content of the HTML/Text module.
