How do I make a page which is a Link URL ( A Link To An External Resource ) open in a new window? I create the page and select URL (A link to an external resource and why can't I make it open in a new window? There has to be a way, right. What would be the point if I navigate them off the main site? Is there a hack or way to accomplish this?

You have to have your a tag and within it have target="_blank".

I tried " target="_blank" and that didn't work so I finally tried to do it in javascript. I ended up using this:

window.location.reload(); window.open("link to url")

it has been working fine for me, I had to add window.location.reload(); before opening the window because DNN sees the click event of the link and kept displaying [OBJECT]. I am using 3.2.1 so I assume that is why the target="_blank" did not work. Thanks for the input.
