Hi,

I did a fresh install of DNN 4.5.4 and when going to the Host Site Settings, I get the following errors. I also tried to just upgrade to 4.5.5 and still have these errors. Any insight for this? I already made sure the C:\Windows\Temp directory has security settings added for ASP.NET and IWAM users with Full Control.

for me this looks like as ASp.Net issue, I suggest to reinstall .Net framework.

As mentioned above that is an issue with the ASP.NET complier and permissions on your system.

If you re-run the aspnet_regiis.exe -i utility you might be able to fix the issue, otherwise you will need to uninstall and then re install ASP.NET

Thanks a lot for both your replies. I tried the utility and got errors so I'll take your advice and uninstall/reinstall ASP.NET. Thanks again. Kris

Can someone please clarify why a 4.4.1 site would be fine on the same server but the 4.5.5 is getting the error above in the Host site settings?

I only repaired the ASP.NET 2.0 Framework. I want to verify this difference before I uninstall and reinstall the .NET 2.0 Framework. Thanks
