Hi,
I am using DNN 4.5.5
I am wondering how i can change the text in the error message that is displayed when a new user tries to enter a password that does not contain numbers.
At the moment i get the message shown below:

 

The password specified is invalid. Please specify a valid password. Passwords must be at least 7 characters in length and contain at least 0 non-alphanumeric characters.

   

But it doesn't make sense as it says 'at least 0 non-alphanumeric characters'.
I have found the text in the 'Languages' section but i'm not sure how to change the value that is displayed.
Does anyone know how to change this wording.

To change a value, go to the Languages option under the Host menu.  From there, choose the Language Editor option under the action drop down in the upper left.  On the left, there is a tree view of all of the resources on the site.  Find the correct resource file, and then all you should have to do is alter the text in the text box and hit the Update button at the bottom of the page.

Where in that process are you having trouble?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I've now fixed the problem.
I didn't realise that you could simply change the text to suit my needs.
30 seconds and it was done.
