Yes, you are right felix, there is an option to set SOME settings through the dotnetnuke window that allows you to customize group access and styles. However, the settings that I was wanting to change were not options available in the popup window that dotnetnuke gives you to customize the fckconfig.js. I believe that this is still an on going project which at the end will make it so that you can change every option in the fckconfig. However, it is not there yet. Aside from that, Ialso wanted to make changes to other *.js files under the "_source" folder to customize the look and functionality of the editor.

Hi Francisco,

I have to work on FCKEditor too, can you tell me where do you find the documention? I look on www.fckeditor.net, but I do not find it. May be I'm blind!

Thanks,

Gilles

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Francisco,

Thank you! Do you know if I can find a more complete documentation? Because I do not find the command list syntax (FCKCommands, FCKDialogCommand, FCKConfig, ...).

Gilles

Hi Gilles:
Unfortunately i don't. I do believe that there is more documentation though in the download packages, although I am not sure if it will just end up pointing you to the wiki. The folks over a fckeditor.net are pretty good about answering questions though, try their forums http://www.fckeditor.net/forums/ for more specific questions. Hope you find an answer!
