My site is down and I can't get any pages to load. The initial error I received was an out of memory error. Now the URL indicates it is getting an Object Reference Not set error.
None of the domains is working. Here are two of them

http://f4sw.com
http://www.pryaa.com

I was messing with the Gallery version 3.x so I guess it could be related to that. It was working, then all of a sudden it crashed.
I also installed XMod 4 days ago and implemented a simple feedback form. I don't believe that is the problem.

How can I get the errors from the DB using query analyzer?

Site is running Version 4.5.1

Are you running Dotnetnuke is a Virtual Private Server?

I think your problem has something todo with the "out of memory" message, restart your worker proces and check your memory usage

I am not sure how it is running, it is hosted at CrystalTech on a shared server.

It finally restarted and then began working again. It seems to be working ok right now, but I am concerned it will happen again. What is the best way to track down the cause and prevent it from happening again?

If it doesn't happen regularly and it's on a shared account where you are not restricted to a set amount of RAM as one is in a VPS account, then it could have been someone else' site causing it to fall over. You'll find that it all seizes up and dies, but returns after a while when the whole server caves and restarts.

If it does happen regularly then you could have a bad module installed. I think you'd really need to have remote access to the server to be able to trace the problem though. In order to trace such a fault by eliminating influencing factors, the first thing that has to go is all the other sites on the server.

You might consider running a ping service that will regularly check that the domain is up and available.

If I remember correctly, someone in the community offers a free service like that. You simply register your URL on their server and you'll be notified via email if/when the site goes down.
