Is there a way to display some sort of pre-defined message on the Search Results page if a user conducts a site search that returns no results?  Currently when doing so, I am just receiving a blank Search Results page.  I would like to display some sort of text string, like "Sorry, your search returned no results. Please try again."

Any help?

Yes, with dotnetnuke you can modify everything you want, even the core :D

To modify the search result, just find SearchResults.ascx from folder admin > search. It's no difficult to modify, because the code behind file (ascx.vb) also included.

I can send u the modified file as an example if u interested.

For some reason my Search doesn't return any hits.  I just read through this thread - and verified that the DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchEngineScheduler  is enabled and verfied it's running.   It doesn't error it just returns nothing.  We are in the process of getting 4.3 up and running from our 2.0 which we didn't have a search on.  Any ideas of what to check is greatly appreciated.
