Hi,

i try to retrieve a column from a table and place it in placeholder control as a dynamic link label button with ID of each data in column..its working fine.

now, when i click the first dynamic link label button control its related field from SQL must display in place holder2

if i clik second dynamic linkbutton control its related field from SQL must display in placeholder 2...and so on...

now how sud i write my query here

 select department from table where id=?????????.....>>>> id im selecting by clickin dynamic created link button....

and some more under which event i can write this code??? help me...
