I have been following all the threads, but still can not get my charts showing on IE. They are working perfectly well in Firefox, but take a very long time on IE with the page being stuck without any chart appearing. I do believe it is an IE problem as the chart shows clearly on Firefox, please help.

  • .NET Framework: 2.0.50727.42

Does the image load at all on IE? If it does, then I don't think there is much that can be done from the server side to fix it. If there's a difference in rendering time between IE and Firefox, then that is an issue with that particular browser and can't be remedied on the server.

Ok, that means it is something I might be able to diagnose. If you right click the image box, click properties then copy the "Address: (URL)" field, paste it into the address bar, and navigate to it. Then let me know if an error is displayed and if so, what error.

(Sorry Andrew, I've had a little problem with my browser, so maybe this is a duplicate post...)

Hello Andrew, I'm having similar problems with both IE and FF. The error is
"Invalid Query String, please do not browse to this page manually, use the Reports Module"

I've "hacked" ChartImage.ashx a little bit, it looks like a decryption problem
(UrlUtils.DecryptParameter returns an empty/null string...)
