If we try to upload files over a certain size, if I try to run a file sync. We time out.   I have the file size set to max, but today, it timed out trying to load a 50 meg file, multiple times.   I seaeched on time out but only one post came up and it wasnt relevant.

I pages through the posts and found many having to do with this problem. Here is my solution, thanks to someone who posted  a thread to

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/e1f13641.aspx

I put the exectution timeout in the format shown on the link and had problems, useing just a number like below seems to be working.  For novices like me , watch your spacing, at first this didnt work,  all I did was remove the spaces I had in the Timeout parameter and it started working.

  <httpRuntime  useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="2097151" requestLengthDiskThreshold="50000" executionTimeout="500"/>
