Scenario: User uses DNN to access a 3rd party database via a token.  When a host is logged in, the token passes through without any problems.  However when a registered user logs in, the token fails.  And when I click on the username to see the profile, it immediately logs out the user and takes the user to the registration as if the user has clicked on the register button.

What could cause this problem?  Why is the user environment is different from the host.  By the way this ONLY happens when you have an alias within DNN. I.E. www.domainname.com/alias.  The user token passes just fine when it's used in www.domainname.com.  It only fails when sent from the www.domainname.com/alias.  If anyone out there can help, this will be extremely appreciated.

I need to add that the tokens work with version 4.4.0 but not with the later versions 4.5.5.  We notice that the token loses the user information as soon as it hits the token file.

I found the problem with the setup.  I just needed to copy the 'token' to the child (alias) folder instead of leaving it within the root.  It worked in the previous version of DNN but not the 4.5.3.
