I promised never to go into the language editor again; each time I change anything, it breaks...populating the login/auth number in the email sent out when they register; displaying the html page breaks in emails sent out now, etc.  :)  I upgraded to 4.5.5 and most are fixed, so I'll just overlook the 2-3 being added to the email (that aren't even on the registration form, like phone number I don't ask for and others) that have the Profile: Unit displayed.  :)  Me and the language editor don't see eye-to-eye.

I see...yeah, I know how that is.  I think it was you that pointed out the issue with my site and the language file for the e-mail text.....

Yea, some sites work fine, but chances are - if you customized the message using the language editor, it doesn't work right thereafter.

Leupold said he logged it and there will be enhancements coming down the road. What's strange is that my URL generated for the email is the exact same structure as URLs from other sites that do, in fact, populate the user name and verification codes...yet theirs works and mine doesn't...with the exact same URL structure.  :)

Perhaps I'll backup the file and play sometime...last time creating an account, waiting for the email, and going back in to tweak, deleting the account, creating another...two dozen times...left a bad taste in my mouth, so I gave up.  :)

Most of the fields are coming in the email with the 4.5.5 upgrade, so I can live with the extras being added...baby steps.
