I know this might sound like a broken record but I too have to say that you guys have do a great job with this module!  Between this and the forum module DNN keeps getting better and better.  Keep up the good work.  I second the first poster (G-Hunter).  His ideas are exactly what I'd like to see in the next release.  In addition, it would be nice to see more of a user friendly generated URL.  A URL which users can bookmark or email and it will direct then to the exact page the file exists in.  Right now the URL never changes on the repository page making it impossible for someone to bookmark/email an item on page 3 of (insert your category here) category.  Thanks again for this great module.

Hi, this module is great ive reduced a lot of dependcy onother modules with this, but just some small enhancement requests: can we have the comments output in the rss feed (checkout the blog module), and also loose the module title before the entry title. This will just keep all the output in line with other rss feeds.

hi just want to say like everyone else great work.

what i would like to see is user groups with security options aking to phpBB2. for exmaple places users in a group allowing them to see a certain forum group, if you catch my meaning.

i love DNN all around and still intend to use it for the majority of the site whihc i am working on. however untill this feature is added i'm still going to have to use phpBB2, and possably display it in a iframe on the main forum page and have a link

thanks

Another nice to see would be the option to display statistics of repository including:  files in repository,  number of downloas, etc.

I cant tell you how much this one module has done for my projects. Thanks. As others have done in this thread let me add my wish list.

  1. By default you use Author and Author Emails as the person that uploads the document, file, image or what ever. It is easy enough to change the label for this both for uploading and down loading to contributor or something. While this fixes that specific field it does not address the desire for the contributor to actually have the real Author's name and email posted. Your currently allow us to add attributes and that is great if you know in advanced what the options will be. My request for this is that you modify Additional Attributes to allow for options or free text. I have seen many posts where someone would like this added or that added. This would solve many of those in allowing each person to add the fields they are needing.
  2. I would like to also be able to define the display of these fields both with CSS as well as being able to have them displayed as a link. For Instance I might want to have my own book club. To this repository I add the fields Author, Author Email, ISBN, Amazon Purchase Link
  3. It would be nice if these fields were searchable.
  4. I would like to be able to display in addition to other things the Title and the Summary with a clickable link to display the Detail. I may be missing something on this one as it seems like it would have been a basic request but if not that would be a great thing to add. Maybe add a token [MORE] that you can place and this link brings up the specific records Detail.
