While browsing on SnowCovered, I ran across an item call WebGui that promises to make web development as easy as WinForms development.  I went to their website to see what they were offering and noticed that they're not only using DNN, but also sharing the same look and feel of DotNetNuke.com.

Are the two projects related - DNN and WebGui?

Clarification - This post is referring to the Visual WebGui http://www.visualwebgui.com/  listed on SnowCovered and is not referring to the WebGui CMS.

Well from what I can tell their website is running on a DotNetNuke installation, their skin is obviously a copy of the DNN site skin, but as far as I know there is not affiliation between DotNetNuke and this company.  Now I am not 100% sure on this, but I would think we would have known if it was.

I was looking at their site and it is VERY odd/scary how much they copied this site...

I hope they're somehow related... it'd just be creepy if not.

They've even copied dotnetnuke.com's forum categories.  Check it out: http://www.visualwebgui.com/tabid/53/Default.aspx

On the surface the products appear similar. Web GUI is written in Perl.
