As I mentioned in my last post, my web.config has the InstallationDate key set properly. So I decided to set AutoUpgrade to false. However, now instead of the upgrade message I'm getting redirected to "..../Install/UnderConstruction.htm" showing the message "This site is site is Unavailable. Please check back later". It happens just like when the upgrade message was happening; ie after I leave the site for a while and interact again.

BTW this condition happens only when i'm logged in. So when i log in and don't use the site for sometime, i get the "under construction" screen with the subsequent page load. Then I type in the URL of the website (as there's no link to the default page in the "under construction" page) and it starts working properly.
