working on blog module and try to call and implement a new storeprocedure

Hi. I am working with the blog module, and i have the necessity to implement a new storeprocedure. But my problem is when i am calling that procedure the program goes "Bum". I made this in the file BlogController.vb

Public Function GetBlogByPortalID(ByVal PortalID As Integer) As BlogInfoReturn CType(CBO.FillObject(DataProvider.Instance().GetBlogByPortalID(PortalID), GetType(BlogInfo)), BlogInfo)End Function

and in the file DataProvider.vb i do this

MustOverride Function GetBlogByPortalID(ByVal PortalID As Integer) As IDataReader

and in SqlDataProvider.vb i do this

i can not make my own procedures? Can you tell me what i am doing wrong or can you tell me how to implement and call a new storeprocedure?
