Hi,

does anyone ever manually added a field in the user's registrtaion page?
if the answer is yes... how?

I got into some files and added something as follows:

User.ascx   
    in tblAddUser
        row with plEmployee (where control is ddlEmployee) and ddlEmployee (dropDownList)

User.ascx.resx
    plEmployee.Text

    plEmployee.Help

I add variable like

Protected plEmployee As UI.UserControls.LabelControl
 Protected WithEvents ddlEmployee As System.Web.UI.WebControls.DropDownList

in the User.vb...

i just want the control to appear...
what am i missing?

I need to add this field to the registration page ... I have a table with employee's and only the admin can create accounts for them, and the email is already fill
The field is already being showned =) Know i have to connect to my data base and alter the text of the email
