I have just brought up a new site.  When I attempt to update any of the modules, I select 'edit' in the mode box ( upper left control panel) and then edit the text / images in the module.  When I hit update, it goes away, thinks for a bit, then comes back with no changes having been made.  What am I missing?

Thank you!

It is most likely you get cached version of the page. Try pressing CTRL+F5 to get the most recent page version.

OK...I just tried that.  No go.  It will let me edit the module....it just resorts to the original when I hit update.  It seems as if it is either a permissions issue, or I am going something very basicly wrong.

So, after you edit the content you hit "Update" and you get the unchanged page. And if you try to edit the page again wich version do you get?

No matter how many times I refresh, or attempt to change it, it is always the original.  I click on 'edit' in the control panel, then hit settings on the modul.  The 'rich text editor' is usually selected (not that it makes a difference).  I attempt to delete the current text and images....as an example, DotNetNuke comes up with links, and books as standard.  If I selected all the data in the books, hit delete, (and then put in my own image, text, or nothing) then hit update...it comes right back with the original text...in this case, the books.......
