Hi!

I have moved a DNN Installation to a new domain by installing the latest version there. I restored a backup of the old database and changed the url in the portal_alias table. After that the public area seem to work, but the user logins aren't working for logging in anymore. Any ideas how I can get into the administration gui now?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Best Regards...

hi again!

i've found the hint with registering a new user and changing the passwords in the db here http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/1293/Default.aspx

But unfortunately registering is not set to public, so i can't register a new user without being in the admin gui....Is there an easy way to make registering public due to a database entry?
