Hello  all.

Simple question. I want to change the default registration message at the top of the registration page.

The message now states

Preferred User Information
*Note: Membership to this portal is Private. Once your account information has been submitted, the portal Administrator will be notified and your application will be subjected to a screening procedure. If your application is authorized, you will receive notification of your access to the portal environment. All fields marked with an red arrow are required.
 

I have looked under the language editor must could not find it. Which file will I need to modify?
