Our security folks have a really tough time dealing with countering security breech attempts, and limiting bandwidth usage by filtering out access to certain kinds of sites.  I just thought the situation I ran into today was kinda funny/odd.   I'm trying to find some resources to give to some folks on creating DNNv04.05.x Skinning and Skin Objects.  So, naturally, I googled.  When I picked a link to follow, I got blocked from accessing the site.  Seems the word 'skin' is being use to help limit user access to adult sites at work. I expect to get a visit from my network security folks, soon.

Just thought I break up your day.

BTW - If you've got some good skinning tutorial links that deal with creating skins and skin objects for DNN v4.x, just post them.  I know the included DNN skins, and skin objects are a good start, but they're not standalone pkgs, so something more is needed.  I don't have that expertise, so all I can do is point folks to sites for resources.  Hey, maybe I'll learn a thing or two in the process.

Cheers

I guess that leaves http://www.skincovered.com and http://www.skinningtoolkit.com out. :)

Maybe http://dnncreative.com and http://thinkofdesign.com if you don't already have them.

Here's another good beginning tutorial:

Looks like it has Skin in the Url though, so good luck.
