We're in the process of testing the ability to export/import a template from a development environment, to staging, and ultimately to production.  We corrected the issue in the XSD for validating the template and the template import actually works now.  However, when we use the Replace feature, which we really need as we do not want any pages created in the default template to be available, the built-in login and profile pages stop working.  Is this by design in the Replace feature of the Site Wizard?  And, if so, do we need to explicitly define these special pages in the site being exported so they appear in the template or is there a bug in the template import?
