I am trying to download the source for the Repository module to make some modifications, however the links to download the source link to files without the .vb files....  Is there a way we can get these?

Hey Mitchel!
The source is there. If you download the 'source' version from the Project downloads page and install it using the Host->Module Definitions page, all of the source code will be installed. ( It's in the Resources.zip file within the source package )

REMINDER: The code is .net 1.1 so you should only install the source package on a DotNetNuke 3.X web site and you must use Visual Studio 2003 to modify and rebuild the code.

Ah ha!  There is a trick!  Thanks!!  (Luckly I have a 3.x site that I can use to do the modifications!  (Thanks again)
