When a non administrative person goes to the website (intranet) (no login) staff members access the user define table of project information, they can not get to any other page other than the first page. If you sort by column nothing happens. If you pick on a page number, nothing happens , you stay on the front page and then after a number of attempts including selecting Next or Last, an error message comes up “ An Error has occurred Error: Project Numbers is currently unavailable.”
(I have an image of the error but can't insert it)
When using a url for a link to a file or folder, can a title be given rather than displaying the whole path or file name?
(I have an image of this, but can't insert it)
When searching for a project number I type in the search box the entire number (not just partial and a *) and then I pick on Search. It opens again the first page/screen stripped of the skin I have and no information about the project I am looking for. Behind it sometime it has a page with just that project listed.
(I have have an image of this, but can't insert it)
.
If I try it again I get this. I think it is because I used the enter key rather than using the mouse and selecting Search. (see below) Also if I try to do a search on all the projects from one client, it takes me back to my previous search and doesn’t list out my numerous projects….
My apologies that this so long to respond, but I wanted to collect the images and what was going on into a word document so I could send the information to you. It also took me a while to see how to reply to you.
Thank you for the deve;opment of User Define tables. If there is an easier way to send you info on how things work, please let me know.
Thanks
Christine
